Dave Sislen
Strategic Partner
Possessing extensive real estate analysis and portfolio optimization experience, and currently consulting for the BSA National Capital Area Council, David Sislen has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1978. Since 1986, he has been the President and Managing Director of BCC. Prior to founding BCC, Mr. Sislen was a senior vice president of CRI Inc., a real estate investment firm, where his responsibilities included the development, acquisition, and syndication of more than $650 million of commercial real estate including more than 4,100 hotel rooms and 1,350,000 square feet of office space. Mr. Sislen holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Tulane University. Mr. Sislen is a program adjunct faculty member at George Mason University, where he teaches Real Estate Finance in GMU’s Masters of Science in Real Estate program.
Auguste Boova
Principal
Experienced in infrastructure and capital projects, commercial construction project management, and Sr. Consultant for Delotte. Auguste has provided portfolio asset management and alternative financing strategies for various organizations and governments including the US Forest Service. Auguste holds a BS in Civil Engineering from George Washington University and an MS in Global Real Assets from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
Ian Gillespie
Co-Principal
Experienced in business development, financial analysis and modeling, and real estate proforma development. Ian previously led business development for a nationwide consumer goods firm. Specialty team performance in proforma development, financial underwriting, and opportunity analysis. Ian, Eagle Scout, holds a BS from the University of Utah, Real Estate Licensure, and a MS in Global Real Assets from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
